Our guests are required to provide a pre-authorisation on a credit or debit card upon arrival. The pre-authorisation amount is £50 per apartment and is to cover any extras or incidents that may occur whilst you are staying with us. Please note that a pre-authorisation is not a payment and is held by your bank and will be released to you upon departure if no incidences occur whilst you stay with us. Depending on your bank the pre-authorisation may take up to 9-10 working days to be released.
To confirm a group booking comprising 5 or more apartments, full pre-payment for the entire duration of the stay is necessary. It’s important to note that our free cancellation deadline is subject to change depending on the number of apartments and nights reserved. Please be advised that our standard 24-hour cancellation policy does not apply to group bookings. We ask for you to contact us before making your reservation to discuss your needs and the applicable cancellation policy.
Reservations of 14 days or more require a 14-day cancellation policy or will be charged for the first 14 days of their stay.
