We have made various changes to ensure the safety of our guests and staff is prioritised and these changes differ depending on each of our Hotels and Aparthotels due to the nature of the business and their property. We’re continuing to deliver the highest standards of cleanliness across the property and introducing an increased frequency of cleaning for high touch and communal areas. We are constantly monitoring and following the changes in recommendations and guidelines of the local government and health authorities, to continue working towards providing the best service possible while ensuring the safety of our guests.

Here are some of the changes we have made​

• Cashless service – Contactless & credit card payments are only accepted to reduce unnecessary contact
• Housekeeping – To ensure the safety of our guests and staff is prioritised we have decided as many of our competitors have also, to not serve our guest’s apartments on a daily basis which is traditionally offered but at the end of their stay. If you require any items such as fresh towels or linen then we are more than happy to provide these when required. We do understand that this is not ideal but the changes we have made are only in place to ensure the safety of our guests and staff and our traditional service will be reinstated when safe to do so.
• Hand sanitisers are available in all public areas, and all surfaces are regularly wiped down and disinfected.
• You can order via delivery service Apps Deliveroo or Uber Eats delivery, just ask them to pop it in the designated area for contact-free delivery. Remember to keep an eye on your app so you know when it has arrived.
• Our linen undergoes a high-temperature cleaning process and is laundered to the highest standards.
• Our on-site gym is currently closed until we can ensure it is safe to do so.
