We just returned from 2 weeks in the UK, staying mostly in apartments. The Holyrood apartHOTEL was by far the best. It is great having staff on site and having the rooms cleaned every day, like a hotel. The inexpensive movie rentals were great for our kids. The staff was very nice and professional. Inexpensive parking on site was nice to have, even though we didn't use the car while we were there. I would highly recommend your apartHOTEL to anyone. Keep up the excellent work.

We stayed at your hotel last week and would like to let you know about it.

Our suite was amazingly clean, everthing just sparkled.  Used the washer/dryer and had a bit of trouble with it (we do not have such a machine in Canada), but followed the directions in the book and made out just fine.

The staff:

Maid service - was wonderful, especially for having 4 females in 1 room.

Front Desk - I cannot say enough, efficient, well groomed and very friendly.  Any help I needed they were there ready and willing to do what ever they could.
