    2 Bedroom Luxury Serviced Apartment

    This is a typical floor plan of the Luxury 2 bedroom apartment. 

    Each apartment layout does vary slightly, however floor space remains the same. Guests may choose from either: Queen/Queen, Queen/Twin or Twin/Twin bedding configuration. The Twin/Twin apartment features one larger bedroom with a sitting area for two. Each lounge has a fold out Double sleeper sofa, should you wish to accommodate 5 persons in the apartment.

    This is the apartment layout of our Queen/Queen 2 bedroom apartment. There are 24 or these apartments available, with 20 of these featuring a bathroom with shower over bath accessed off the hallway, these apartments also feature an en-suite shower room. The other 4 apartments feature 1 bathroom off the hallway. Each lounge has a Double sleeper sofa, should you wish to accommodate 5 persons in the apartment.

    2 Bedroom Executive Serviced Apartment

    This floor plan demonstrates the layout of a Queen/Twin Executive apartment. There are 2 of these apartments available on the 6th floor, all featuring 1 bathroom and 1 shower room. The lounge features a 32 inch LCD TV and DVD player and a double sleeper sofa should you wish to accommodate 5 persons in the apartment. The bedrooms each feature LCD Televisions.

    In addition to this Executive Apartment layout there is 1 Executive Twin/Twin apartment located on the 6th floor with the same features.

    2 Bedroom Penthouse Serviced Apartment

    The Penthouse is our largest apartment, located on the 6th floor, with ample size lounge and separate glass roofed dining room are perfect for entertaining! The lounge features a 32 inch Digital LCD TV and DVD player, with a 5 seater sofa and 2 lounge chairs.

    The detailed floor plan demonstrates the layout and each bedroom has queen size bed, with one en-suite bathroom and one bathroom off the hallway. Each bedroom features a 26 inch Digital LCD TV mounted on the wall.


     

     

     

    2 Bedroom Disabled Access Serviced Apartment

    The Accessible apartments feature an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area which is accessed by a wide hallway. One bedroom features a Queen bed, with an en-suite bathroom with shower (non-accessible) the second bedroom has 2 single beds. There is an accessible bathroom off the hallway, with a wheelchair accessible in shower.

    The two accessible apartments are finished to the same standard as the Luxury apartments, and are on level 3 and 4 accessed by lift from either Reception or the car park.

     

     

    All apartment types feature a fully fitted kitchen with all modern conveniences and an open plan lounge and dining area with cherry wood flooring. The hallways and bedrooms are carpeted and the bathrooms are finished with beautiful tiles imported from Italy.
