Each apartment is finished to the highest standard. Guests enjoy the use of 2 bathrooms*, spacious lounge, dining area and fully fitted kitchen complete with all appliances and equipment.
Each Bedroom has a personal workspace with DDI lines, modem access, and Wireless broadband through out the apartment (Charge applies). In-room safe, hairdryers, Iron and Ironing board are in each apartment. Linen, towels and toiletries are provided, as you would expect from a 4 Star Hotel.
So all you have to do now is select your apartment type, bed type requirments and you will be perfectly located to enjoy all that Edinburgh has to offer!

2 Bedroom Luxury Serviced Apartment
Each apartment layout does vary slightly, however floor space remains the same.
Guests may choose from either: Queen/Queen, Queen/Twin or Twin/Twin bedding configuration. The Twin/Twin apartment features one larger bedroom with a sitting area for two. Each lounge has a fold out Double sleeper sofa, should you wish to accommodate 5 persons in the apartment.
2 Bedroom Executive Serviced Apartment
The apartHOTEL features 3 Executive 2 bedroom apartments, located on the 6th floor.
Two of these apartments are a Queen/Twin and one apartment is a Twin/Twin bedroom layout all bedrooms feature LCD Televisions. All apartments feature 1 bathroom and 1 Shower room, fully fitted kitchen, lounge with 32 inch LCD TV and DVD player and adjoining dining area.

2 Bedroom Penthouse Serviced Apartment
The Penthouse is our largest apartment, located on the 6th floor, with ample size lounge and separate glass roofed dining room are perfect for entertaining! The lounge features a 32 inch Plasma and DVD player, with a 5 seater sofa and 2 lounge chairs.Each bedroom features a wall mounted 26 inch LCD Television

2 Bedroom Disabled Access Serviced Apartment
The Accessible apartments feature an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area which is accessed by a wide hallway. One bedroom features a Queen bed, with an en-suite bathroom with shower (non-accessible) the second bedroom has 2 single beds. There is an accessible bathroom off the hallway, with a wheelchair accessible in shower.
The two accessible apartments are finished to the same standard as the Luxury apartments, and are on level 3 and 4 accessed by lift from either Reception or the car park.
